Custom Travel Solutions Forms Cancer Treatment Alliance With Friday Harbour.
Custom Travel Solutions has announced a partnership with Friday Harbour to facilitate flexible and affordable lodging options near cancer centers across the United States. This new partnership helps Friday Harbour better achieve their vision of “Healing Cancer One Night At A Time.”
Since every cancer journey is unique, over 250,000 people in the US each year must find temporary lodging because their treatment takes them far from home. Finding temporary lodging is one of the major financial burdens of traveling for cancer treatment. This can become a significant barrier to healing as it adds stress to one of life’s most difficult experiences. For some, it can mean that treatment is not an option.
Upon announcing the partnership, Mike Putman, CEO of Custom Travel Solutions said: “Custom Travel Solutions is really excited about our partnership with Friday Harbour.
