Epicurean Trip includes cooking classes with Spanish chefs in Seville and Madrid

(TRAVPR.COM) UNITED STATES - 4th February 2010 - Epicurean Ways is offering a culinary trip to explore classic Spanish food and wine from Andalucía and Madrid. Travelers will have the opportunity to work closely with two well known Spanish chefs creating classic dishes and tapas.

Walking tours of Seville, Córdoba, Madid and Toledo will feature both the rich history and the legacy of Moorish and Jewish Spain in the gastronomy. Sherry bodegas in Sanlúcar and wineries near Ronda are on the agenda. Two tapas tours with culinary specialists showcase the wide range of "small plates" available in Seville and Madrid.
