Beaver Creek, CO, February 4, 2025 – DDB Contracting, of Los Angeles, CA, is awarded Beaver Creek Colorado Park Hyatt’s kitchen renovation in Beaver Creek, CO.  

The 5,000 square foot gut renovation of the hotel’s kitchen is anticipated to take 8 weeks to complete. DDB Contracting faces the significant challenge of completion needing to be guaranteed by the estimated occupancy peak for the 2024/2025 ski season.  

This total renovation marks DDB Contracting’s newest location in Los Angeles, California’s debut project. Focusing on projects west of the Mississippi, DDB’s new 15,000square foot location will focus on corporate interiors, commercial construction, and hospitality work.  

Construction will be carried out for Premier Project Management, a long-standing client of DDB that has been partnering with the contracting company for nearly 15 years.
