Dolphin Dynamics, a leading provider of travel technology solutions, announces the extension of its booking capture module to support TUI bookings.
(TRAVPR.COM) UNITED KINGDOM - February 6th, 2025 - London. Dolphin Dynamics, a leading provider of travel technology solutions, announces the extension of its booking capture module to support TUI bookings. Designed to simplify the process of handling holiday bookings made via trade websites, this functionality gives another boost to TUI’s courtship of the independent sector which has already produced "significant double-digit" growth over the past year and which now accounts for a larger share of TUI’s overall sales.
The new integration allows travel agents to seamlessly make bookings on the TUI portal and automatically import detailed booking information into the Dolphin back-office platform with just one click. With Dolphin Dynamics' latest enhancement, travel agents can now benefit from simplified booking workflows, minimising manual data entry and streamlining the process of managing TUI bookings. Furthermore, if a booking is updated on the TUI portal, agents can easily recapture the data, ensuring the Dolphin system accurately reflects the most up-to-date information.
Andrew Isherwood, Head of Trade Relations at TUI, said: “Our strategy is to strengthen our relationships with our trade partners through various initiatives, and this is another exciting step on this journey. From agent feedback, we understand the importance of time and ease during the booking process. By working with Dolphin Dynamics we are supporting our partners further and making it easier to do business with TUI.”
Guy Fletcher, Sales & Marketing Director at Millington Travel, remarked: “We are very pleased Dolphin has been extended to include booking capture from TUI. We’ve had very positive feedback from our sales staff about this functionality and it’s great news that we now have a simplified process for handling bookings for a key tour operator partner for Millington Travel”.
Dolphin Dynamics MD, Chuck Richardson commented: “We are excited to support TUI’s renewed focus on trade bookings. This integration reflects our dedication to providing travel agents with efficient tools that simplify the booking process, saving time and reducing errors. By enhancing connectivity with one of the world’s leading tourism companies, we empower agents to better serve their customers.”
This enhancement highlights the ongoing efforts by both Dolphin Dynamics and TUI to enhance operational efficiency for travel agents, enabling them to deliver a seamless booking experience.
