Adorno began his career in housekeeping, steadily working his way up and gaining hands-on experience across nearly every department. That dedication and versatility led to his appointment as Puerto Rico’s youngest General Manager at the time, a milestone early in his career. Over the years, he has held senior roles with renowned brands such as Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and Marriott, as well as independent boutique hotels, earning a reputation for excellence and adaptability in leading diverse teams and operations.

With a strong background in leadership and team development, Adorno is known for creating strategies that enhance productivity and foster employee engagement. His management style emphasizes accountability, clear communication, and continuous improvement, enabling teams to achieve business goals while maintaining a positive, guest-focused environment.

In his new role, Adorno will oversee all aspects of daily operations, driving initiatives to improve efficiency, elevate service standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences.
