The festivities begin on 4 December with the ceremonial lighting of the Christmas tree in the
Mangroves Garden. From 6:00 pm, the air will be filled with the warmth of carols performed by a live choir as visitors gather with mulled wine in hand and nibble on canapés created for the occasion.

That same day marks the start of the much-loved Gingerbread House Workshop at Waves Café. Running daily from 4 to 25 December between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm, the session is designed for little hands to decorate and take home their own holiday creation. Advance reservations are required, priced at AED 150 per child. Alongside this, a curated calendar of children’s activities runs throughout Christmas and New Year. From treasure hunts and card-making to kid’s yoga and mangrove tours, younger guests will be engaged and enchanted throughout December and into early January.

Adults are invited to discover their own moments of joy with inspiring encounters. Every day
from 4 December, Merry Mixology classes take place at Beach House at 3:00 pm, where
attendees can learn to craft holiday cocktails and toast to the sunset as it slips below the Gulf
horizon. The workshop is AED 475 per person and includes three signature drinks, light snacks and water. On 13 December, guests may join a complimentary beeswax candle-making session in the Lobby Lounge at 3:00 pm, using winter-inspired accessories to personalise their gift or keepsake. For culinary enthusiasts, Spice Spoons takes on a holiday flavour from 4 to 25 December, offering a hands-on Thai cooking class from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by a three-course meal. Advance booking is essential, priced at AED 750 per person.

Each afternoon from 4 December, the Lobby Lounge presents an indulgent afternoon tea from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm daily. Savour sweet and savoury bites with a holiday flourish and refresh with artisan teas and coffees at AED 220 per person or include a glass of Prosecco for AED 275. Cherish a gourmet encounter with a loved one by the ocean with a private candlelit dinner between 4 and 25 December. For just AED 3,200 per couple, this includes a five-course menu and a bottle of Prosecco.

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the Beach House presents a curated five-course menu
capturing the finest flavours of this time of year. Served from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, this is
priced at AED 595 per person for food only or AED 695 with house beverages. The Celebration to Share at Mekong provides a rich selection of Asian dishes, presented at the same time and rate.

Sea Breeze offers an abundant buffet on both evenings, with live stations and festive favourites from around the world. Diners can delve in from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm, priced at AED 295 with soft drinks or AED 425 with house beverages. Asado brings a Latin touch with the Flames of Christmas, featuring grilled specialities on the Parilla. Smokey flavours and a glass of Sangria meet the ocean breeze from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, priced at AED 395 per adult.

On 25 December, Sea Breeze hosts a Christmas Day brunch from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Live
music sets the tone for a joyful afternoon, with a buffet of traditional fare and a special
appearance by Santa. Prices range from AED 350 to AED 650 depending on the chosen
beverage package.

Ring in 2026 with a spectacular beachfront soirée at the Final Toast on 31 December. From the first Champagne toast at 7:00 pm, revellers indulge in a decadent dinner, accompanied by live performances by Brent Harris and Thee Jam Band. The beach will come alive with breathtaking fire performers and DJ sets will continue until late. The event is AED 3,000 per person, with an early bird rate of AED 2,500 for bookings confirmed before 30 November. The After Party continues until 2:00 am with a lively ambiance and tunes to make the first dance of the New Year a memorable moment. VIP lounges are available for up to six people, with a minimum spend of AED 5,500 including two bottles of Champagne.

Celebrating at home is a breeze this year with the resort offering a complete turkey takeaway between 27 November and 27 December. With traditional trimmings and all the essentials, the takeaway is suitable six to fifteen people and is priced between AED 650 and AED 950.

To mark Orthodox Christmas, Sea Breeze presents an elegant brunch on 7 January 2026,
beginning at 1:00 pm and ending at 4:00 pm, the occasion features sumptuous dishes and live music, priced at AED 295 with soft beverages or AED 425 with house beverages.

Throughout December, children aged 6 to 12 dine at 50% of the adult rate. Children under 6
dine with the resort’s compliments.

Anantara Spa adds its own yuletide glow with tailored experiences.
