Taking place on March 8, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Vintage & Vows offers an immersive journey through Hotel Flor’s iconic wedding venues, thoughtfully styled to inspire every moment of the wedding day. Guests will explore three distinct experiences throughout the property, beginning in the Crystal Ballroom, set for ceremony and cocktail hour; continuing into theFloridan (Grand) Ballroom, featuring dinner table designs, DJ setups, and culinary activations; and concluding in the Mezzanine, transformed into a bridal dressing room and hospitality suite.
Throughout the event, attendees will enjoy passed welcome champagne, chef-curated tastings, and passed appetizers while taking in floral installations, elevated décor moments, and styled tablescapes. A 360° photo booth, social media–ready photo moments, swag bags, and interactive contests add to the celebratory atmosphere, creating a true sense of wedding-day energy.
Vintage & Vows will also feature Hotel Flor’s preferred wedding vendors, including bridal designers, florists, and event professionals, giving brides-to-be the opportunity to connect directly with the trusted partners who help bring weddings at Hotel Flor to life.
