Our boat “Oceanographers”a 7m RIB which seats 11 guests. We can pick you up from your place, and then away to sea for a boat trip of a lifetime to explore the amazing marine life, beautiful beaches that are not accessible by car, far away from the crowded beaches and the simplicity of Mykonos!
We run boat trips to various locations from East part of Mykonos out towards Delos and regularly see all the beaches .We carry diving and snorkeling equipment on board so you can swim or dive into the caverns of Tragonisi, in reefs with Ancient Amphoreas or shipwrecks for more expirienced guests. As well as the amazing view you can get up close to the rugged coastline and visit the picturesque church of Panagia ! Finally, you can stop at Fraggias beach or Karapetis beach where you will enjoy a special snack with tradisional fresh products from our farm or we cook pasta with fresh seafood.
Your boat is skippered by the Oceanographer and Water Resources Engineer MSc Adonis Eleftheriou who holds a Powerboat Certificate and has excellent local knowledge of the coastline and the wildlife that live there.Your second skipper is a Marine Biologist MSc – PADI MSDT Instructor, Kostas Demiropoulos who is passionate about the marine environment .
Equipped with two engines, a primary Suzuki 200hp four stroke and an auxiliary Suzuki 15hp four stroke our RIB run for approximately 4 hours. Life jackets are provided. We do recommend bringing a hat and sun cream.
The Meeting point for these boat trips is Lia Baech, which is family beach at the south east part of Mykonos, alternatively we can pick you up from your place. Safety
Our vessel and the safety equipment we carry conforms to the coding standards set out by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency for commercial boat operators. The safety equipment includes spare lifejackets, flares, a VHF radio, Oxygen tank, medical kit, amongst other things, all of which your skipper would be only too pleased to show you. Your skipper knows the waters around this area very well and holds a commercially Powerboat Certificate. All our policies are under constant review and your opinions and feedback are very welcome.
Insurance
GoDive Mykonos Boat Trips maintains insurance to cover you from the time you come on board to the time you disembark. Full Names of all guests are required upon making a reservation
Weather Conditions
Boat trips are subject to weather conditions at the time of touring. In the event of bad weather please contact us for details and revisions of published tour times.
Infants and Children
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
After agreement, the schedule for boat trips can be organized accordingly.
