(TRAVPR.COM) UK - January 14th, 2013 - After 15 years the founding directors of The Chartridge Conference Company Ltd (CCC), Barry Wilson and Peter Darnell, will be leaving CCC for pastures new and handing over the management of the four conference centres to Hamilton Hotel Partners. Chartridge Conference Company began with the acquisition of Chartridge which had previously been the British Airways training centre.
The company expanded during the 90’s with the addition of Hitchin Priory, The Beeches at Bournville and Lydiard House in Swindon to the portfolio. Under the guidance of Darnell and Wilson, CCC built a reputation throughout the industry based on a culture of ensuring their clients all enjoyed a personal service, excellent food and good value. The change in the management structure will not affect the relationships that CCC has established with its clients, suppliers and staff which will continue seamlessly as before.
Darnell commented, “Barry and I would like to thank all the staff, clients and suppliers for their support and loyalty during the last 15 years which has been a major contribution to the success of CCC. The values and standards that have become synonymous with CCC will not diminish nor will the professionalism of the teams at each venue who will continue to offer the highest level of service and quality that all CCC’s clients have rightly come to expect.”
Frank Croston, partner of Hamilton Hotel Partners added, “We are delighted to assume management responsibility for the Chartridge Conference Company and look forward to building upon the excellent reputation of the business created by Peter Darnell and Barry Wilson.
