Hospitality Authorities Greg Presley, Joe Reardon and Bob Keating Unite with Alliance to Spearhead One of Only 10 Marriott-Approved Hotel Management Companies in the Industry
(TRAVPR.COM) US - January 16th, 2013 - Raleigh, NC-- The key to being a successful hospitality management organization is to provide your stakeholders with class “A” talent, great resources, superior returns and open communication with your owners.
Those characteristics, along with an affordable fee structure, describes the foundation of Alliance Hospitality Management, which recently installed leaders Greg Presley, Joe Reardon and Bob Keating and executed an acquisition of Tennessee-based GR Hospitality Group.
As former president and owner of GR Hospitality Group, Greg Presley joins Alliance as Executive Vice President of Operations. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry--spanning more than 14 hotel brands. Additionally, he’s amassed awards at every level, including Marriott and Hilton top Honor Awards.
"Alliance is a top-tier organization with integrity at every level," Presley says. We are dedicated to a smart, simple and hands-on approach and believe in being three steps ahead of the competition at all times." “Understanding our owner’s needs is a key metric to our success; we will continue to build upon being a true owner centric organization”.
Alliance Hospitality Management president and CEO, Rolf Tweeten, is elated about the future of his company. "Greg, Joe and Bob have the determination and drive of newcomers with the vast experience of industry veterans," he says "Combined, they have the background of the best brands and management group experience along with deep connections in the industry. With our recent reorganization, we have elevated the level of operational excellence, sales and marketing along with revenue management platforms we offer to both current and prospective clients.”
With more than 22 years in the hotel industry, including 15 years with Marriott, Alliance has appointed Joe Reardon as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role, Reardon will oversee the sales and marketing, revenue management and will be deeply involved in business development along with Presley, Keating and Tweeten.
Reardon, who has the rare ability to build a dynamic sales culture in organizations, will work closely with clients to maximize total revenues in each asset while ensuring owners a high return on their investment.
"I've overseen large portfolios of hotels across the country for investment groups such as Noble-Interstate and big brands like Marriott," Reardon says. "But no one in this industry is more dedicated to the success of their clients than Alliance, and that was incredibly attractive to me. I’m even more excited that Alliance is in the midst of tremendous growth and we’ve identified a niche that’s attractive to many hotel owners in today’s market. Our organization is focused on working hand-in-hand with owners and developers. We provide the attention they need to grow and most importantly, provide tools and resources along with an affordable fee structure that make sense for all parties. There are many owners that have approached us applauding our efforts while stating that Alliance’s business model has been a missing component for many years when compared to its larger competitors in the hotel management industry.”
Those sentiments are echoed by Alliance's profound portfolio, which includes Nick Patel, owner of a Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Clarksville, Tennessee. "Entrusting the management of my properties to Alliance was the smartest business decision I've made. They are every bit as passionate about the growth of my companies as I am, and I'm looking forward to adding more properties with them in 2013,” says Patel.
A former and seasoned Marriott Executive, Bob Keating, joins Alliance Hospitality Management as Director of Business Development. This addition to the team will benefit both new and current clients looking to engage in hotel acquisitions, business development and receiverships throughout the country.
"With nearly 30 years as a Marriott Executive who handled franchising, openings, acquisitions and divestitures, I understand the operation of a hotel from top to bottom as an operator and as a representative of an owner and developer. I look forward to sharing my expertise with our existing and new clients," says Keating.
Privately-held real estate investment executive and owner of two hotels in the North Ft. Worth Alliance Airport area (Residence Inn by Marriott and Hampton Inn Suites) Charles Dubroff of Scottsdale Arizona based Sagamore Capital; LLC is applauding the new focus and energy at Alliance. “I’m so pleased with the invigorating effect these additions at Alliance have already had on our hotels,” said the longtime Alliance client. ‘It gives me a lot to look forward to in the future of my business and the business of my clients.”
With the addition of Presley, Reardon and Keating, and a strong pipeline of opportunities, Alliance Hospitality is certainly poised for growth. For more information, visit www.alliancehospitality.com or contact Joe Reardon, EVP Sales and Marketing, jreardon@alliancehospitality.com
