Special dealer-led Antiques Safari in May will focus on "Europe's Attic," where few outsiders shop.
(TRAVPR.COM) USA - February 25th, 2013 - Philadelphia-based Treasures of Europe Tours will lead a small band of antiques enhusiasts, trend scouts, collectors and designers on a bargain hunt through "Europe's Attic."
The May 4-12 antiques safari features all-day shopping at Germany’s biggest flea market and visits to undiscovered shops, wholesalers and galleries.
The group is small and space is limited. Email upclosetours at gmail dot com or call 215 991 9892 to check availability.
First offered seven years ago, the shopping tours have grown to be an insider’s tip, with pull for large and small dealers, designers, pickers and collectors alike. The antique tours have been featured in Country Living, USA Today, Australian House and Garden and the trade press.
The group will be scouring shopping venues for antique and vintage items, furniture, art, collectibles, furnishings, vintage textiles and linens and much more.
18th-20th century, Art Deco, Art Nouveau, mid-century modern, industrial, Black Forest, country and many other styles are available and prices are friendly.
