Experience the Galapagos Islands with an award-winning photographer and learn how to ‘tell a story’ with your photography.
(TRAVPR.COM) ECUADOR - February 27th, 2013 - This May, a new kind of photography tour will take place in the Galapagos Islands. Carefully designed by Galakiwi and award-winning photographer Ivan Kashinsky, the 12-day Galapagos Photography Workshop runs from May 17 to May 28, 2013 and is geared at arming participants with a personal photographic story.
What is your photographic passion?
For anyone who is interested in furthering their photographic skills; daily shooting challenges, critiquing and an end of tour project will bring to the forefront their preferred shooting methods, subjects and styles.
This ability to discover what kind of photographer you are is at the heart of this unique photography tour. Ivan Kashinsky‘s professional success has been built on being able to tell a story with his photos, a skill that will be passed on to everyone on this photo tour. Whether you want to impress your family, or take that next step towards getting yourself published, this is a rare hands-on learning opportunity.
The Galapagos is a photo playground unlike any other
There is nowhere else on earth as accessible as the Galapagos, where the wildlife is so approachable. Beyond the wildlife, the variety of subject matter on the islands is virtually unlimited. Small town life, an active volcano and activities like kayaking present their own views of the islands. Of course, the tour has been specifically created to take advantage of the golden hours of light during sunrise and sunset times.
One departure only - May 2013 - $5545USD
With only one departure in 2013, the Galapagos Photography Workshop departs from Quito, Ecuador on May 17th. The tour cost, including all activities and photo lessons is $5545USD. Full details available at: http://www.galakiwi.com/galapagos-island-tours/photography-workshop
