(TRAVPR.COM) SINGAPORE - April 3rd, 2013 - April 2, 2013 Top Global Limited, an upcoming real estate developer in Singapore, announced their plan to launch the The Maisons @ Braddell, 2 freehold residential developments, located at Braddell Road and Sommerville Walk junction in Singapore.

Hano Maeloa, Top Global CEO, came out with a statement that provided more The Maisons @ Braddell Rd Project Details. According to Maeloa, the Maisons are situated on freehold land that are now scarce as the Government Land Sales program has set the tenure at these lands to 99 years. To be more specific, the Maisons are set on the location of the old Braddell Park and Braddell Regalia developments.

Maeola also said that since The Maisons at Braddell Rd was among the earliest developments following the Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty, their pricing has to take into account the expenses generated by buying more homes. Even so, the CEO of Top Global said that “our main selling points are value and location, which have always proven to be the mainstays driving property sales, so as long as interest rates remain low and buyers continue to enjoy amply liquidity, we envisage a healthy demand.”

According to the Maisons @ Braddell Developer Core Team the Maisons will occupy around 10,265 square meters and will be made up of 175 units. The five storey project will consist of regular and premium units, with the latter located at the top. The penthouse units, complete with lavish master bedrooms and measuring 1,162 to 2,357 sq ft, will be located at the upper floors. In addition, the development project includes 2 to 3 bedroom units as well as single bedroom apartment units measuring around 570 square feet.

The Maisons also feature first class facilities such as outdoor fitness stations, a place for yoga practitioners and a gymnasium. In addition, there is also a clubhouse, gardens, a rooftop pool as well as areas for pets. Residents can also enjoy stunning views of the city via its numerous viewing decks. As Maeloa said, the Maisons represent “a departure from conventional design”. For Top Global, the Maisons symbolize the fusion of design and architecture to provide homes for newlyweds, small or large families.

The Maisons @ Braddell Launch is scheduled between End March and early April 2013. The location is close to the Central Expressway, less than a kilometer from the MRT stations at Serangoon and Woodleigh. It is conveniently located near the Nex shopping mall as well.
