Benedek Tanya’s central location means it is an ideal base to explore the Puszta including the sturdy the beautiful university town of Szeged. Budapest is easily reachable for a day trip both by car and train. Within an hour’s drive there are four wonderful thermal bath and spa complexes and Bugac Pustza, the most famous  place to see a traditional horse show.
