With new seasons come new things. Barefoot Safari Lodge is proud to announce that they have renovated their bar and dining area the 'Nightjar'. The renovation has included doubling the seating capacity and further improving the atmosphere, providing a more spacious, comfortable area to spend the evening. The Nightjar is the perfect place to sit, chat and have drinks with friends.

Barefoot Safaris has also put together a new 4 day Malawi safari. During the four day trip, guests travel to Senga Bay, Liwonde and Lilongwe. Also on offer is a 7 day Masai Mara Migration safari in Kenya. This is a great opportunity to experience the Masai Mara's immense & spectacular wildebeest migration, as over two million animals migrate from the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to the greener pastures of the Masai Mara National Reserve during July through to October. The migration has to cross the Mara River in the Masai Mara where crocodiles are just one of their obstacles, not to mention the high and slippery banks. This is one of Africa’s highlights as the animals try and cross the river in one piece!
