Catering for 50 guests the team at Danforth recently transformed the lodge into a festive dinner venue to celebrate a very special 50th birthday. The catering team, headed by Michelle, laid on a superb spread and guests enjoyed a sumptuous sit down dinner, ending with a buffet table of desserts and a huge birthday cake. The party really took off with a DJ playing up at the bar and great music kept the guests dancing well into the night.

Danforth Yachting have built a reputation for excellent cuisine, both on the yacht Mufasa and at Danforth lodge. The Lodge has stylish, nautically decorated en suite air-conditioned rooms. All rooms are lake facing, leading to green lawns, sparkling infinity swimming pool and down to the beach. The large thatched gazebo serves as the dining area. Watersports on offer include hobie-cat sailing, fishing, snorkelling, scuba diving, water skiing and parasailing. Other activities are mountain biking, pool table, nature walks and village excursions.
