Being a first ever employer of choice awards for startups, the Awesome Startup Workplaces 2013 awards attracted a large number of startup nominations from across the country. The awards were determined basis a confidential online survey of startup employees. The core idea behind the initiative was to analyze and understand the key features that make a startup an awesome workplace for its employees.
