Direct Travel Insurance is improving customer service by joining Feefo online feedback.

(TRAVPR.COM) UNITED KINGDOM - May 9th, 2013 - Customers will have a quick and easy way to rate DTI's service and travel insurance policies by awarding up to 5 stars in a few simple clicks. Their reviews will go onto the Direct Travel Insurance website.

Feefo shows feedback from genuine customers so that:

·         Travellers can read what other customers say before choosing the single-trip, annual or ski insurance policy that suits them best.

·         Comments will help Direct Travel Insurance improve its service and respond to travellers' needs (such as when the company introduced its free Talking Nurses line and natural disaster cover.)

·         DTI can reply quickly if necessary and resolve any problems.

Customers will be able to leave their star rating and a few words of comment in just 15 seconds. They can also share their review with their friends on Facebook. All comments are posted online immediately and not edited or changed in any way.

Finding out what travellers like or what Direct Travel could do better will mean the company provides the best in customer care.

Direct Travel Insurance offers single-trip travel insurance, annual multi-trip travel insurance, backpacker and winter sports insurance with levels of cover to suit every budget.
