TrustPilot shows authentic feedback from genuine customers. As soon as a ferry ticket has been purchased the email and ticket number is sent to TrustPilot, they then send an email requesting feedback a day after the purchase. It is all handled by TrustPilot to ensure that only genuine feedback is published.
Customers need only spend a short time leaving their star rating and any feedback. Once this has been submitted the reviews are listed immediately, and cannot be edited by either party once published, the customer can also choose to share their feedback via facebook, twitter or Google+.
