Billy Elliot the musical is the stage adaptation of one of the most successful British film made ever. The musical features music from the icon Sir Elton John. It is the story of young Billy and his journey to the London Scholl of Ballet. He was born in Northern London where the ongoing miner’s strike has put men out of job. He was a motherless child and both his father Jackie and older brother Tony were working in mines. In their locality, men either work in the mines or box.
