Classic Holidays Staff Exceeds Expectations According To Guest Satisfaction Surveys

Three days after checking out, resort guests are sent a customer satisfaction survey via email asking them to rate different aspects of their experience while they were on holiday at a Classic Holidays resort. For the month of May, Classic scored high on all the usual aspects such as overall satisfaction, cleanliness and unit maintenance. However, for the month of May, Classic’s staff produced the highest of scores throughout the entire survey.
Customer service is a major aspect of the business ethics Classic Holidays was built on. They pride themselves on the ability to deliver extraordinary holiday experiences for their guests from start to finish. When asked if their reservation was handled promptly, efficiently and courteously, nearly 97 percent of guests stated that the Classic Holidays reservations specialist exceeded their expectations in assisting them in planning the perfect holiday.
When checking in to a Classic Resort, staff members are there to make sure guests and their families have everything they need to fully enjoy their holiday. Additionally, when guests check out, the Classic staff makes sure guests and their families enjoyed every aspect of their stay at the Resort. Classic managed resorts scored 98 percent in exceeding expectations during check in and check out.
