Sunbird strive to be even better

(TRAVPR.COM) UNITED KINGDOM - June 19th, 2013 - In an effort to substantially increase guest experience, Sunbird Hotels and Resorts Malawi have introduced an electronic guest satisfaction survey, making use of e-mails. Always striving to improve service standards, this new system will assist them to make the necessary improvements for the benefit of future guests to come.

Guests will receive an e-mail questionnaire after checking out from a Sunbird hotel or resort. The questions are intended to gain as much feedback from valued guests as possible, regarding their experience at Sunbird. In this way they will ensure that on return visits, any ‘lumps and bumps’ have been ironed out!

This is a great opportunity to contribute towards the improvement of service at Sunbird the ultimate goal being to ensure a seamless guest experience is provided for all.

This is a great example of a hotel/lodge doing things right. At the end of the day, customers are the most important asset to any business, and they know best as to what they want.
