RSG’s Deedback Solutions Program Breathes Life Into Delinquent Resort Accounts
(TRAVPR.COM) UNITED STATES - June 25th, 2013 - Deedback Soultions (DBS) is a divison of RSG Developer Services designed to assist resorts with managing their accounts in the arrears.
In conjunction with existing collection efforts, the Deedback Solutions programs’ proven contact procedures will breathe life into delinquent or inactive accounts. Once contacted by RSG, most owners will either decide to continue their ownership by bringing their account current or participate in the deedback option by signing the deed over to the HOA. Regardless of what they choose, revenue for the resort is created.
Each time an owner decides to participate in the program, they voluntarily sign the deed over to the HOA at their own free will. This saves resorts thousands in legal fees associated with foreclosures. An added bonus is that the Deedback Solutions program provides all legal documents and support without cost to the HOA.
Once an owner decides to participate in the DBS program, they are given a custom branded travel club membership and the inventory is returned to the HOA. Each year that the membership is renewed, the HOA will receive a percentage of the dues. This percentage is as much or more than the management percentage in the maintenance fee and creates additional revenue for the resort.
By recovering delinquent inventory, the HOA regains control of that inventory allowing the resort to rent, sell or dispose of it in any way they see fit to help the HOA. Once inventory is recovered by the resort, RSG gives the resort the option of placing all recovered inventory as well as other unsold or “Dead” inventory into their club fulfillment platform, allowing 250,000 members access to that inventory for rental which creates more revenue for the resort.
