For starters, the food promises to be a gastronomical adventure, tantalizing your taste buds with flavours from around the world, covering from the northern hemisphere to southern hemisphere, along with epicurean menus that feature seasonally, hand-picked by our executive chef himself! Then you have the carefully hand-picked selection of fine wines to marry with your choice of meal, to enhance your dining experience. And lastly, and yet very interestingly the team at Duniye, is a group of enthusiastic and skilled ladies running the show at the newest à la carte restaurant in Kuramathi.

The all-lady team is composed of 4 restaurant hosts, and 7 chefs, making Duniye the only venue on Kuramathi that has an entire female team looking after our guests. It is an honour for us to have an all-lady team, where the chefs all share their valuable experience and rich background in the world of culinary art and fine dining while the restaurant hosts ease you into your dining experience, recommending luscious wines, and delectable dishes, all creating the best elements to give you a memory footprint at Duniye, and at Kuramathi. “The idea of having an all-female team at Duniye, is to merge the exceptionality of Duniye’s lush surroundings with a touch of a feminine side, all to create a unique experience for our guests”, says Executive Chef, Michel Muffat, when asked about the concept. This unique twist makes Duniye stand out when compared to other restaurants, bringing back true girl power!
