Air Europa to operate to La Romana from London Gatwick

Air Europa announces the start of weekly flights into La Romana's, Casa de Campo International Airport (LRM).

Spanish-based Air Europa announced that it will commence a service from London-Gatwick from 16 December 2013 to La Romana.  The service will be on their Airbus A330-200 and is available with connection via Madrid, in time for the Christmas peak season. This is to complement the services it added earlier this year to Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic.

Air Europa took over Iberia routes in Latin America earlier this year and have strengthened their position by acquiring three A330-300 and A330-200 aircrafts.

The new aircrafts began operations in April, May and June of this year. Air Europa’s fleet currently consist of 14 long-haul airplanes and in 2014 it hopes to incorporate a total of 24 airplanes to its fleet. Website www.aireuropa.com - Trade site www.aireuropaexperts.com
