Under the programme a ME Star pin is awarded to deserving members to flag up their achievements.

The scheme focuses on contributions in areas related to cleanliness, quality and presentation of food and beverages, telephone response, maintenance as well as friendliness and efficiency. Recognition will be based on commendations contained in guest comment cards as well as exceptional service on one or more occasions.
