Worldette announces the Worldette End of Summer Party from 22-28 September in celebration of its relaunch as a daily newsletter. The online party lasts seven days, hosts ten inspirational speakers, and covers topics including women’s travel, entrepreneurship, and empowerment through charity work.
Worldette invites women around the globe to participate in the festivities, which kick off on 22nd September with live Twitter and Facebook chats. The next five days consist of interviews with ten expert speakers of global and internet fame offering advice based on Worldette’s 5 themes: Go Travel, Think Globally, Live Free, Do Good and Have Fun. The party winds up with a live question and answer session with Worldette founder Marie Teather.
The guest list is diverse and attracts travel-minded women of all ages and family status. “Globetrotting Mama” Heather Greenwood Davis describes the ins and outs of world travel with kids in tow, and Nomadtopia founder Amy Scott shows how to fulfil the nomad’s dream of living and working “location independent.” For the entrepreneurial-minded, Ashley Ambirge of The Middle Finger Project and Brand Camp founder Kristin Kalp help party-goers make their big ideas a reality. “Do Good” day is dedicated to a discussion of how business plans can incorporate a strong charity focus, and Dr. Geetha Murali discusses Room to Read’s work towards women’s education and empowerment around the globe.
Access to the Twitter and Facebook chats, expert interviews (48 hours only), and live Q & A with Worldette Founder Marie Teather is free to all who sign up for the party. VIP tickets with lifetime interview access and a workbook is available on a paid basis, with the option to receive a 50% discount with a loan to Kiva, Worldette’s charity focus partner.
