Hyatt Regency Delhi is offering a week long Swiss gastronomic affair at café in association with Swiss International Airlines.

(TRAVPR.COM) INDIA - October 10th, 2013 - New Delhi - Switzerland Tourism in association with Swiss International Air Lines and Hyatt Regency Delhi present a week-long Swiss gastronomic affair at Café, the all day dining restaurant.  Swiss celebrity guest chef, Heinz Rufibach, is joining Executive Chef Marin Leuthard’s team to prepare an epicurean journey featuring traditional favourites such as Raclette, Fondue, Bratwurst and more classic Swiss delicacies.

This buffet dinner menu will be on offer at our all-day dining restaurant, Café, for dinner at INR1,550 per person (plus taxes).  On 20 October, 2013 a special Sunday brunch will be served with free-flow soft drink or champagne, with prices starting at INR 2,100 per person (plus taxes).

About Guest Chef Heinz Rufibach

Heinz Rufibach, who was born in 1962, has been chef de cuisine at the Le Gourmet restaurant in Zermatt's Alpenhof Hotel since 2002. For his restaurant customers - and now his SWISS guests - Rufibach offers fresh, honest and creative cuisine which he has himself dubbed "Alpine-Mediterranean".
