Don Chernoff, a former Silicon Valley engineer at Intel, developed SkyRoll after spending a lot of time on airplanes. “I would board the plane and watch people struggle with bulky garment bags that barely fit into the overhead bin. I saw how difficult it was to fly with business clothes in carry-on luggage and thought there was a better way,” he says.
SkyRoll changed the way to think about luggage by improving upon the experienced traveler’s trick of rolling clothes to avoid wrinkles. “It’s easy to roll a T-shirt, but not a suit”, says Chernoff. The patented wrap-around garment bag on all SkyRoll luggage solved that problem.
