Chef Maitreya Sen, back from his enriching sojourn to Milano, will present a taste of innovation in the form of delicacies like Chilian pork with morel sauce & sautéed broccoli, Poached Bekti with cherry tomato & olives in fennel broth, , Crumb fried meatballs with Fontina, and classic platters with a twist, like Grilled asparagus with blue cheese & red onion chutney and Millefoglie of risotto – layers of creamy potato, egg, nutmeg and truffle flavoured creamed rice. The spirit of Milan, in fragrance and flavor will be served up in the exquisitely authentic ambience of La Cucina.
