4 National Parks in Madhaya Pradesh will remain close to visitors in the morning for more than a month starting from month of January in 2014 till February 2014

As per the release of the Madhya Pradesh Tourism, all 4 wildlife sanctuaries in the state will remain close to visitors for morning rounds from 20th January 2014 to 27th of February 2014. The reason given by the authorities is the data collection for estimation of the tiger population in India in 2014.
Besides being out of visitors limits for more than a month in the morning - when most of the visitors prefer to do safaris, the National Parks in Madhya Pradesh will not allow safaris on Wednesday afternoon safaris.
Additionally, all National Parks will remain closed on occasion of Holi and Diwali, two major festivals celebrated across India.
