The World Luxury Hotel Awards were established in 2006 to recognize the worldwide luxury hospitality industry. The event helps set the benchmark for world-class facilities and unsurpassed service standards. Winning hotels are judged on service delivery and effective management as voted on by international tour operators, travel agents, media and hotel guests who get the opportunity to cast their ballots in an annual worldwide poll.
