To handle the onboard services, a team of professionals from Taj Group of Hotels is appointed. Additionally, the MTDC manages the off-board logistics and sightseeing. The luxury round trip sojourn starts from Mumbai and includes visits to destinations such as Sindhudurg, Goa, Kolhapur, Daulatabad, Ajanta Caves, and Nashik, before getting off at Mumbai. Only 11 coaches, out of the  total 21 coaches, are available for the accommodation of the guests.
