A true industry veteran, Sunjae has been associated with Hyatt International for over a decade and has handled multiple roles at Hyatt’s most iconic properties across the country,the most recent one being Area Director for Bangalore, Chennai, Hampi, Kathmandu and Kolkata.

A graduate from the coveted Institute of Hotel Management, Sunjae started his Hyatt innings with a 5 star hotel in Delhi, the Grand Hyatt Delhi, as Director Food &Beverage. His next destination was Hyatt Regency Kolkata as Director of Operations owing to his passion for perfection and the exemplary people management skills. Grand Hyatt Mumbai pre-opening assignment came next and under Sunjae’s able guidance as Hotel Manager, this luxury hotel in Mumbai became a benchmark for Hyatt International as the multidimensional lifestyle complex.

In 2009, Sunjae was assigned the challenging and exciting responsibility of opening Hyatt Regency Chennai, Hyatt International’s first foray in South India.
