The hotel’s signature seafood and sushi restaurant Casa Samak, which sits overlooking the tranquil waters of the Arabian Gulf offering marvellous sea views, will play host to this wonderful gastronomic adventure where guests can enjoy true flavours of Switzerland.

The veteran chef, who holds over 40 years of experience, has been invited to lead Casa Samak’s kitchen team during the festival. On offer will be a superb selection of Swiss delights including popular dishes such as cheese fondue, raclette, Rosti, and Spatzli.

There is a long list to choose from. One may start with Swiss Air Dried Beef, thin sliced dried beef served with a mixed green and pickles. On top of the main course menu is Cheese Fondue, the Swiss cheeses simmered in non-alcoholic white wine with shallots and garlic, served with cubes of bread. Equally tempting are Swiss Raclette, Veal Zurich Style, Steamed Fish Fillet Neuchatel Style, Lamb Casserole Lugano Style and Spatzli Jura Style.

Diners can round off their meal with one of the most indulgent desserts choosing from Meringue Glacee, Coupe Suchard and Cafe Glace.
