Great NH Restaurants is proud to announce the promotion of Patrick Wesson to the position of Chief Hospitality Officer.
(TRAVPR.COM) NEW HAMPSHIRE - February 5th, 2014 - Great NH Restaurants is proud to announce the promotion of Patrick Wesson to the position of Chief Hospitality Officer. Patrick, who began his career by attending the Whittemore School of Business at UNH, joined Great NH Restaurants 15 years ago and is part-owner within the company.
Patrick will be teaming up with Dan Fraser (Chief of Restaurant Operations) to enhance current operations and further improve Great NH Restaurants’ systems and controls, which will lay the foundation for company growth. Patrick’s main focus will be front-of-the-house operations interacting with guests and maintaining and encouraging Great NH Restaurants unique company culture. Over the past 15-years, Patrick has been the Managing Operator of 3 locations (CJ’s in Manchester, T-BONES in Derry and Copper Door in Bedford), helping bring focus to operations and customer service by strengthening teamwork and driving core company values.

Patrick’s current position as managing Operator of Copper Door Restaurant, will be filled by Beth O’Rielly. Beth comes with over 28-years of experience and has been Managing Operator at T-BONES in Bedford and T-BONES in Derry and is currently a Managing Operator at T-BONES in Hudson. She is also a part-owner within Great NH Restaurants.
