Chef Nicole Barreira, from the Great NH Restaurants will represent the NHLRA (NH Lodging & Restaurant Association) and the state of New Hampshire during the annual New England Food Show.
(TRAVPR.COM) NH - March 14th, 2014 - Chef Nicole Barreira, from the Great NH Restaurants will represent the NHLRA (NH Lodging & Restaurant Association) and the state of New Hampshire during the annual New England Food Show. The show is the region's largest trade show for retailers, restaurants, chefs and food industry professionals and will be held in Boston on March 16 – 18, 2014. Chef Nicole will provide a culinary demonstration on Sunday, March 16th at 12:15pm.
“We are so excited to be at the show this year representing the state of New Hampshire,” states Barreira. “I have prepared two demos both featuring New England summer fruits and vegetables, highlighting Middle Eastern influences and up and coming food trends. I'll start by making Orange-Persian Pepper Marmalade and Blueberry-Lime Jelly. I'll then turn the Blueberry-Lime jelly into a Blueberry Bourbon BBQ Sauce and serve the Orange-Persian Pepper Marmalade with scratch-made Falafel.”
