A set menu of favourite dishes will be available to accompany the excitement throughout the month of football frenzy, running from the opening match between Brazil and Croatia which takes place on June 12 through to the final on July 13.

In addition, to accommodate the time difference of seven hours between Dubai and Brazil, the restaurant will be open through the night until 2am, according to Hotel General Manager Wael El Behi.

“Timing of the World Cup means some late nights for fans, but the global popularity of football means we are sure there will be demand for our late night screening … particularly as we are offering a 15 per cent discount on the a la carte menu in Flavours for in-house guests,” he said.

The 188-unit Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Dubai, JBR opened late last year in a sought-after location in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) between the beach and Dubai Marina, and offers spacious rooms, one- and two-bedroom suites and a panoramic penthouse, all of which have kitchenettes to accommodate in-room dining.
