At the Encore Bistro, the hotel’s master chefs will take guests on an international culinary journey with a new selection of dishes on the buffet every day of the week offering a variety of delectable local and international flavours with an Arabic twist. Those who do not wish to join the Iftar buffet will have the option of ordering their favourite dishes from the restaurant’s a la carte menu.

Highlight of the iftar will be live cooking stations along with a range of traditional dishes such as mixed grills, shawerma, kharouf, atayaf, kounafa, Oriental mezzes and other regional specialties including soups, salads, snacks and sweets.

Iftar will be served from sunset to 9.00pm in Encore Bistro that can accommodate up to 120 persons. The lavish Iftar buffet is priced AED130 net per person including Ramadan drinks. Sohour will be served from 2.00am to 4.00am for AED 85 net per person.

Since the Holy Month of Ramadan is also a time to celebrate togetherness, the luxury resort promises a relaxed setting at the restaurant to give guests an opportunity to experience the essence of Arabian hospitality with their family and friends. Traditional activities like domino, card games, chess and backgammon have been arranged to keep guests entertained.
