The first ever Waterville Valley Resort Artisan Fair from 11-5 p.m. Artisans will be setup around Town Square and the pond displaying their works for sale. Family activities and games will be going on throughout the day including the Bounce House.
(TRAVPR.COM) UA - July 3rd, 2014 - Waterville Valley, NH- On Saturday, July 19, Waterville Valley’s Ugotta Regatta returns with a new Artisan Fair along the waters of Corcoran Pond with canoe, kayak and paddle boat races. The five-acre lake, located next to Town Square in the heart of Waterville Valley, will have a designated course for paddlers.
The regatta starts at 11:00 a.m. and registration opens at 10:30 a.m. Prizes will be awarded to the top three places in each event. There is a $5 per person entry fee per race, which are on a first come, first serve basis.
Following the boat races, get creative and enter the popular Boat Oughtta Float homemade boat competition. Families or groups wishing to participate should have their boat constructed prior to event day and be prepared to launch and paddle their craft in the race by noon. There is free entry to the Boat Oughtta Float Competition. These fun annual events are hosted by the Waterville Valley Recreation Department, which can be reached at 603-236-4695.

Later in the evening a country-rock concert by local artist, Jimmy Lehoux, will kick off from the gazebo stage at 6 p.m.
