The Dominican Republic, the premier golf destination in the Caribbean and home tosome of the world’s most famous golf courses, will host important regional golf tournaments during the second semester of 2014.

III Willy Pumarol Golf Classic                                                                                                    

The tournament is scheduled for August 30th at The Links Golf Course in Casa de Campo, La Romana, one of the Caribbean’s prime golf destinations. Willy Pumarol, the first Dominican golfer to join the PGA Latin America Tour, will personally host the event.

“Casa de Campo Open” Golf Tournament    

Scheduled from September 10-14, the event will be held at the Teeth of the Dog, the Dye Fore and The Links golf courses, all found in Casa de Campo, one of the Caribbean’s most important golf destinations. The tournament was launched in 1981 and currently attracts top-ranked national and international players.

Dominican Republic Amateur Open 2014                                              

Organized by the Dominican Golf Federation, the tournament is scheduled from October 27 to November 2. Players will have the opportunity to play in the resort’s three premier golf courses: Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore and The Links.

Third Golf Tournament La Romana-Bayahibe

Beginning November 15 at the Dye Fore golf course in Casa de Campo. Organized by the La Romana-Bayahibe Hotel Association and the La Romana-Bayahibe Tourism Cluster.
