Classic Holidays Scoops Top Industry Awards

(TRAVPR.COM) USA - August 5th, 2014 - Classic Holidays, Australasia’s largest Resort and Club Management company, has taken out five awards at the 2014 Australian Timeshare and Holiday Ownership Council (ATHOC) Industry Awards held on the Gold Coast on Friday 25th July.

The annual awards recognise excellence in the timeshare industry across the fields of Resort Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Corporate achievement. Classic Holidays won the following accolades:  

·         Resort Team of the Year: Tiki Village International Resort (2^nd year in a row)

·         Resort Manager of the Year: Phil Johnson - Vacation Village

·         Resort of the Year: Pacific Palms

·         Corporate Team of the Year: Classic Fulfillment Team

·         Excellence in Customer Service: Lorrelle Barnett – Classic Travel Manager

Classic Holidays’ Chief Operating Officer, Carole Smith, said the awards acknowledged the company’s leadership in customer-focused service delivery.
