The fair will bring together national and international chefs, as well as food lovers who will fully enjoy the festival’s varied programs.

During the event famed Mexican chef Pablo Baños will formally present the list of Latin America’s top 50 restaurants.

Also, Colombian Jorge Rausch, owner of the Criterion Resteaurant in Bogota, is scheduled to participate in the annual event.

The festival, which will feature products and services related to the food and beverage industry, will be held in Santo Domingo September 27-28, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m, and is sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism, the Association of Hotels and Tourism of the Dominican Republic and the Hotel Association of Santo Domingo.
