Every tourism official bestows adoration and love on their destination, but this year Slovenia is turning it up a notch!

Our very own bride will serenade the guests with traditional love songs, we’ll hand out romantic gifts and there’s even a chance to win your very own romantic weekend to Lake Bled, complete with return flights!

During the event, you’ll hear from:

• Mr Tomaz Klemenc, acting director of SPIRIT Slovenia will welcome everybody
• Mark Tanzer, Chief Executive of ABTA - who will discuss the legacy of recent ABTA Travel Convention in the ‘beloved’ capital city Ljubljana.
• Ms. Karmen Novarlic, Spirit Slovenia - 2015 travel trends and stories.
• Mr. Janez Fajfar, Mayor of Lake Bled - what happens when over-eager grooms fail to carry their brides up the 99 steps to the Church of the Assumption.
• Dr. Terry Stevens, international tourism consultant. Dr. Stevens first visited Slovenia in 1971 and has used Slovenia, and especially Bled and Ljubljana as destinations illustrating best practice. As an independent and objective global commentator he has closely observed the emergence of Slovenia and Bled in particular over the past 15 years.

Conference will be moderated by industry specialist Pippa Jacks, TTG Editor.
