(TRAVPR.COM) UNITED KINGDOM - November 6th, 2014 - The Hospitality Real Estate Group was launched at the recent MIPIM UK with a launch party at the Hilton Olympia for over 70 guest and new members.

The Group is the creaction of the Cowell Consulting Group a property sector PR and Markrting agency headed by John Cowell, brother of X Factor's Simon Cowell. Launching the Group John says "I have thought that since the creation of the OpCo/PropCo concept that those companies, practices and professionals working in and focussed on hotel development would benefit from a dedicated resource and I am delighted that my Partners in this venture  agree and have so enthusiastically supported us."

The Group will hold a variety of technical, business and social events throughout the year. Monthly updates will be issued featuring articles and features on development and property portfolio matters. These will be supplemented by a series of Development Guidelines.

Partners in the Grpup are Hilton Hotels & Resorts, John Rowan & Partners, Willmot Dixon, Bryan Cave, IPIN Global Capital and Scott Brownrigg who together represent all elements of the real estate development process.
