WATERVILLE VALLEY RESORT READIES ITS SLOPES FOR 2014/15 WINTER SEASON

With winter temperatures descending on the White Mountains, Waterville Valley Resort is getting ready to open for their 2014/15 winter season on November 22nd. After a strong 2013/14 that featured lots of snow and great weather, Waterville looks to make this season even better with snowmaking upgrades and expanded activities.

(TRAVPR.COM) USA - November 19th, 2014 - Waterville Valley, NH – With winter temperatures descending on the White Mountains, Waterville Valley Resort is getting ready to open for their 2014/15 winter season on November 22nd. After a strong 2013/14 that featured lots of snow and great weather, Waterville looks to make this season even better with snowmaking upgrades and expanded activities.

Waterville Valley Resort will be opening the season with more terrain than usual including High Country, Tommy’s World Cup Run, and the Pasture. Ticket prices begin at $35 for Adults, $25 for Teens, and $15 for Juniors and Seniors. Snowmaking will continue through the week on Oblivion and Valley Run.

With the lifts up and running, the rest of the resort is prepared for the parade of guests that will soon be making their way through the Valley. Thanksgiving week is especially popular for a number of regular Waterville visitors. All guests are invited to the Welcome Back to Winter reception held at the Waterville Valley Resort Conference Center on Friday, November 28, 2014 at 5 PM, and visit The Valley Pub & Grill in Town Square which will host its own grand opening that same night. In addition to learning about all that is new in the Valley this winter, guests will be treated to the unveiling of the new Waterville Wheat Ale from 603 Brewery. It will be served on draft and in cans with collectible glasses available for purchase.
