With a rich experience of nearly 15 years in the hospitality industry, Shalabh’s journey scales varied brands like Grand Group of Hotels, Leela Palaces and Resorts, Fariyas Group before joining the iconic Park Hyatt Goa Resorts & Spa as Director of Sales.

After an enriching tenure at this property, Shalabh propelled his journey with Hyatt with another stellar brand at the Hyatt Regency Kolkata, where he took the reins as Director of Sales and Marketing. This widened role, along with Shalabh’s previous experiences shaped and defined his management style as a hands-on approach marking a well-thought out leader of high-powered teams. A proven track record of exceptional delivery in terms of maximising revenue and resources has been the hallmark of Shalabh Verma’s professional career.

After a brief stint spearheading Sales and Marketing at Kempinski Ambience Hotel in New Delhi in early 2014, Shalabh re-joined the Hyatt family, this time at Park Hyatt Chennai. As Director of Sales & Marketing, Shalabh Verma drives a dynamic team at this hotel in Chennai, thus checking the box against the last and remaining metro on his portfolio of experiences completing the gamut of the 3 other metro cities of India.

Apart from meeting revenue goals based on an astute crafting ofpricing strategy to achieve and retain market share, Shalabh is responsible for drawing up of the Annual Marketing and Business Plan, and overseeing marketing initiatives and Sales Strategies.
