(TRAVPR.COM) NEPAL - May 28th, 2015 - After the 7.8 magnitude earthquake of April 25, there was a 7.3 magnitude aftershock in Nepal on May 12 and its subsequent aftershocks destroyed some of the heritage sites of Nepal, mainly the heritage sites of Kathmandu valley and Langtang. It is true that some of the tourism products also affected but that can brought into lives after minor maintenance. The government of Nepal mobilized the resources everywhere to support and cooperate with all the victims and used its resources to assess the condition of major tourism products of Nepal.

Out of 35 popular trekking routes, only 2 are affected. Similarly, all the International and National airports are in operation with zero damage. Communication (nets, phone calls, ATM's, swipe machines) is working well.

Hospitals and Clinics are safe and in operation. No viral diseases or influenza is seen. 90% hotels in Kathmandu Valley are safe and in operational conditions. 100% hotels in popular destinations (Pokhara, Chitwan, Lumbini, Annapurna) are safe and in operation condition. So, Nepalese tourism products/destinations are safe and intact. Popular tourism area like; Pokhara, Lumibini, Palpa, Chitwan, Bardiya, Janakpur and Shuklaphanta wild life safari or attractive lakes, Nepalese products/destinations are safe and intact.

Nepal known as culturally richest country in Asia having with touristic value and tourist may be interested to visit other mystical tourism products. Likewise, Nepal is globally known as the most hospitable people, are ready to welcome the guests. There are some places that tourists have to visit absolutely because that will help tourist to better understanding the value of Himalayan culture and history. It is the high time to explore Nepal and visit again destination of Nepal.

We assure that Nepal is still safe and secured place to make your travel plan as you had before. For the present situation, we encourage all tourists to visit Nepal. Your visit on this situation would be much appreciated which spray some rays on our hope in this trouble devastation.
