NEPAL IS A SAFE TOURIST DESTINATION
Industry: Tours

Despite all the oddities, we readied ourselves for a challenging venture into one of the most far-flung rural outskirts of Nepal. We pursued the covetous, “Dolpo Trek”. Throughout the month of June-2015, we were thoroughly engrossed in relishing the phenomenal natural beauty of this far western gem, sauntering along the seemingly impossible terrains therein. What was even more appealing about this mission was that, we accompanied two of our very special Japanese clients, viz. Akira Takahashi and Shizuo Matsui.

(TRAVPR.COM) NEPAL - July 17th, 2015 - Despite all the oddities, we readied ourselves for a challenging venture into one of the most far-flung rural outskirts of Nepal. Now, why are we mentioning their names? Well, Mr. Matsui is on his mid seventies and Mr. Takahashi celebrated his 80th birthday during the trek. Honestly, only the few lucky ones like Mr. Takahashi get to rejoice one of the most special days of their life in a breathtaking locale. Dare I say that it was not one of those formulistic birthday blasts…..it was indeed an unprecedented celebration amidst the fascinating lakes and mesmerizing landscapes- all so boisterously poised in a tranquil milieu of Dolpo!

Needless to say that being on one of the most majestically beautiful factions of Nepal, our team went ecstatic. The pulsating chopper flights and meticulous walks along the treacherous hairpin curves, blended with the hypnotic beauty of Dolpo, rendered us a "larger than life" experience. The obnoxious weather conditions at times nearly foiled the mission, but our sheer passion to make this trip a success, ultimately turned things our way. Kudos to our team as well as to the formidable duo- Akira Takahashi & Shizuo Matsui for making this venture a super duper success!!

Marron Treks is extremely proud of having organized this adventure for its guests at the time when Nepal, in the wake of the catastrophic earthquakes of April 25 & May 12, 2015, is being conceptualized as a taboo in the international arena, when it comes to holidaying or touring! So, this trek isn’t just an adventure but also a bell ringer, testifying the fact that Nepal is absolutely safe as any other nation. After all, no matter where we are, as long as we are on earth, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature! Hearty thanks to Mr. Akira and Mr. Shizuo for believing in us.

We are flabbergasted witnessing the volume of support Nepal and the Nepalese received from the international community. And it would not be an overstatement to say that the Nepalese have got back to their feet. No doubt, that’s one way of helping Nepal- sending support and good wishes. But what is the better way to do this? Well, it is actually visiting Nepal!! We urge each one of you to forget this incident as one of those bad episodes. Stuff happen to everyone, everywhere, but it would not make sense to get clung to it all the time. Nepal, if I may say has successfully withstood a series of menacing jolts and like nothing lasts forever, the menace too is now over. With the tall handsome mountains, enticing cultural/historical emblems, jaw-dropping natural beauty and exceptionally amiable people, Nepal awaits with her arms wide open……so when are you all coming??

Come, visit Nepal and help her rise!!!!!
