The Women’s Travel Group is pleased to announce that Travel Weekly, the

national  newspaper of the travel industry, has awarded the company a Silver 2015 Magellan Award.  The Women’s Travel Group is a specialist tour company offering luxury tours for women. The organization digs deeply into countries with speakers and insightful visits.  European destinations include the newest museums like the Louis Vuitton Fondation in Paris or unusual experiences like walking in The Immaculate Conception Parade in Palermo, Sicily.  Further afield, as in  India, Mexico City, China/Mongolia, Morocco, Ethiopia or Turkey areas are explored with speakers on politics, human rights, local lifestyles and or women’s issues. 

The Women’s Travel Group evolved from a national travel club for women founded in 1992 by Phyllis Stoller , a corporate banker looking for travel friends. The company uses 4-5 star hotels, includes most meals and all sightseeing. Many women take their first solo trip with the company.  Many tours are partnered with USTOA member SITA World Tours, of Encino CA.
